We have a wealth of experience in delivering bulk earthworks for substation and water tank platforms, as well as temporary and permanent access tracks for platforms and overhead lines. We also specialise in wayleave strip and reinstatement for overhead and underground cabling and pipelines.
Our engineering, geotechnical and environmental knowledge provides the best economic, engineered, sustainable and environmental solution to complex and challenging ground conditions. We have in-house capability to provide ground improvement and material processing to specific specification and requirements.
We are Achillies-UVDB certified and hold numerous accreditations. We select the correctly qualified contractor to undertake and deliver projects. We invest heavily in training our workforce from National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 for plant operatives or new entrants to modern apprenticeships and degree-level or equivalent courses. These are delivered through a mixture of our in-house qualified Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and NVQ assessors and external training partners.

Our extensive fleet of heavy plant is equipped with the latest technology for machine controls with GPS and safety through artificial intelligence (AI) human form recognition. Additional specialised equipment for stabilisation, crushing and sizing of material results in increased efficiency and safety.
